I picked up my Vitesse 300 from Dan about 6 weeks ago and have been dying to ride it.  The Triple Bypass ride in Colorado couldn't have been a better trial ride to check out the new bike!  120 miles over three major passes (highest 11,990 over Loveland pass) with 3500 other riders was the longest and most difficult ride I'd ever undertaken.  The bike, as built up in the Bicycle Showcase shop, was perfect!  I was comfortable throughout the ride, climbed like a champ (well, a 42 year old has-been champ) and descended faster and more nimble than I ever imagined.  That bike is sweet and now I'm hooked on the road bike (no offense to my four mountain bikes!).  Thanks Dan and crew for making this happen!  And to Dean from Bicycle World TV to introducing me to the Velo Vie brand!
